Meanwhile in the UK I'm watching the news on TV and we have the Israeli entry to the Eurovision song contest saying how traumatised her people are. I understand trauma but Israeli leaders have caused most of their trauma by employing the Hannibal technique to hostages and going all out to ensure that they don't return to Israel and be able to tell the same story that the first batch of released hostages told. How many of the 1400 victims of the concentration camp break out were actually killed by their own side? Next we had a story of Prince Harry and the fact his father couldn't spare half an hour to see him on his visit. Meanwhile, in the real world, Israel has accelerated their genocide, surviving children are traumatised into lifelong anguish.

@@adivarso8175 it's only Eurovision by name....it covers much more....Australia once entered I believe. ...the competition rules also allow for participation by Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, the Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Syria and Tunisia. Israeli participation deters these countries on a point of principle, although Morocco did enter in 1980 when Israel withdrew for Passover.

Having a background in biology, and public health, these points made in the interview are why I have no doubt what so ever that even the highest estimates of the death-toll are a severe under-reporting. Not 10% under, but 50% - 100% or more. Serious injuries without medical services will kill massive numbers of people just from infection. Any time you cram people together with poor or no sanitation, disease outbreaks will be almost unavoidable. And those things are before we look at how many are still buried under rubble, or how many are dying of starvation. Israel is actively attempting to scour Gaza of human life.

This was a military defeat, and they are taking it out on the rest.
