Because even with all the rockets in the world the civilian will be still die without something to stop an incoming rocket

now the Israelis took that system which by all counts thought to be an impossible task to achieve and changed the interceptor from 20 to 80 missiles with auto loading . this system is expensive without a doubt. that why they took it a step further to iron Beam .

Raytheon partnered with Rafael to manufacture the Iron Dome but Raytheon is not mentioned.. care to share each company's involvement with the production of this?

lasers have limitations when dealing with the curve of the earth fyi, lasers can't bend nor curve over the horizon, only way lasers are efficient is with direct line of sight, pretty unless if they are on the opposite side of a hill
