From Mowag GmbH Switzerland. Or you order a Stryker in the US from General Dynamics, which is the same vehicle (and now the same company). The gun costs extra ... you might need it thou, for the really aggressive rabbits around the camping sites.

Wasserdurchfahrt erfolgreich... Fahrer nach Ausstieg aus Radpanzer komplett nass.. gibt es in der Schweiz eine Dienstanweisung dass evtl. die Luke vor Wasserdurchfahrt zu schliessen ist? ;)

Jedes Fahrzeug wird normalerweise nach dem Einsatz gecheckt - das gehört dazu. Die Kosten dafür entsprechen nicht ganz der Neuanschaffung ;-)

@@peterj.fromnorthgermany8546 Nein, er meinte schon Luchs, wofür wir heute den GTK Boxer haben. Vermutlich meinte er das, anstelle des GTK Boxer. Der Fuchs ist eine andere Fahrzeugklasse, da nur 3 Achsen (auch wenn er technisch gesehen, das gleiche wie der Luchs ist, nur halt mit einer Achse weniger).

Tolles Gerät der Piranha. Trotzdem zu laut für ein Gefechtsfahrzeug der Infantrie. Der Fuchs oder der Luchs der Bundeswehr ist oder war leiser. Den Luchs hat man so gut wie gar nicht gehört.

The problem with this video is nearly all of it is done on dry land and cement we do not fight wars on clean non muddy no dirt and mudd scenarious ..so yeah this video sucks that way. Plus instead of having a test driver put a damn soldier who is going to drive it like he is in war somebody who is going to bang the hell out of the vehicle. That's the whole damn problem iof all these videos the drivers are all test personnel and not soldiers who would use it real life..And give it to the soldiers who are gonna use it not to some officer and also not have the soldier put under any restrictions. You will get better results start seeing what breaks down and what breaks off..then come back to me and show me.

It takes standards to compare the different vehicles. The test track is just one of many standards. Before an army buys the tank (or other system), the system is tested intensively under real conditions and with real soldiers. The best system wins.
