well, they have a head start because the future Ukraine will be just dust and desert, so the color will sit there
The obligatory recovery vehicle bringing up the rear because these vehicles spend too many months static on vehicle parks and when moved break down because of lack of use.

It's normal to take recovery vehicles into exercises and wars.
