Пока живы мы рок жив. А потом может мода вернется или жестокость мира станет такой что вспомнят об роке... мне 54 наверное и не доживу до возврата рока. Зато доживу до возвращения РФ в Великую страну и не важно как она до этого называлась СССР Русская Империя или РФ, это уже вопрос второй)) Как мне было погано в 1991 году вы просто не представляете, я присягал Родине, а меня не призвали. Никто не смог толи зассали, толи были в доле, за разграбление. Будь я там в танке (когда Попов мэр Москвы жирный или Ельцин (пьянь) призывавший защитить вот эту дерьмократию), я бы раздавил тупую толпу если был бы приказ. Да даже если приказа не было бы. Но это всё если бы дакабы.

That's cuz WWII for the USSR started not in 1939 but in 1941 and that exact period from 1941 to 1945 where our ancestors took the role is called "Великая Отечественная война" by Russian people. When we've got to talk about certain things during the War we just as everyone else refer to it as World War II )) P.S. the events of French Invasion of Russia in 1812 are also called similiar - "Отечественная Война 1812 года".

Looking forward seeing Sabaton coming over to Russia and invite Radio Tapok again, but to a longer session. It was really cool to see the "Attack of the dead men" with him doing the verses in Russian, together with Sabaton in Moscow

Listen to Sabaton cover version of a song, written by the person, who makes cover version of Sabaton. I'm confused.

I watched Radio Tapok reacts to Sabatons cover. He was happy with it. They did a great job. Especially loved the anthem thrown into the solo. Song was amazing.

Так ведь Жуков к солдатам обращался, помнится) Очень бережное цитирование, как по мне. Прямо уважение автора текста к тем событиям сочится из этих слов.

I’m from Germany as well and found out about Radio Tapok already a while ago, when one of his Rammstein covers showed up in my KZread-recommendations. I’m still very happy about this coincidence, as I probably wouldn’t have discovered this great artist otherwise. Unfortunately, he doesn’t seem to have planned any live shows in Germany yet, but let’s hope that this will change in the future :)

I love they way you just give damn to the hat, and throw it when you start headbanging. Like you feel you should put it somewhere, but then just give up, cause it's metaltime. About Oleg/Tapok. Holy fuck that guy is talented. I don't know, but I can only imagine the time it takes to play this on each instrument, one at the time (obviously), and then edit it all together. AND on top of that, thats a kickass musicvideo. I've seen bands (many even) that can't put together a video as well as that one. I'm super impressed by that guy.

To understand why Oleg's version better in lyrics it's important to understand that WW2 viktory for us (all post soviet region) is like "4's july" for USA or "bastille day" for the Franch

Great! I like that someone pay attention that the song belongs to Russian musician. And the great idea to compare two version. But also I want to advice Sabaton's song "Attack the Dead man" in Radio Tapok's version. I know that you cannot compare the text, but this just for goosebumps on hands :-) In Oleg's video you can find the cuts of movie by Russian Historical Society. The battle movie is so splendid! And in compose of music it is really "goosebumpedly". And just for laugh - Tapok means "carpets slipper", usually old one, with holes and loosing, you know. From Russia with love, yopta!

The lyrics are different, a lot. Sabaton's has that disassociation and sense of detachment in how they made things more storylike, less visceral. excerpts: Sabaton: Moscow will never give in, there is no surrender! Force them into retreat, and into defeat! Face the volleys of their guns, for Russia’s daughters and her sons! All the brave, who stand against the typhoon wave! Tapok: To death go regiments, boldly in battle sons! The Motherland will never forget you! There is nowhere to retreat, Moscow is behind us!

Probably the only reaction video i kinda like to see. A lot of viable information, not just emotional "wow' and 'oh". Great work as always, greeting from Moscow. Also, this version is a bit more lyrical and dramatic. Sabaton approach is more agressive and resolute, like 'fuck it, we will not fall', which in real war is not usually the case against overwhelming odds. Tapok's version literally cites Zhukov words which mean "You all will fall, your comrades will continue the fight until enemy is pushed back, Motherland won't forget your sacrifice" I guess that one of reasons why we always care so much about Soviet victory. Millions marched into battle knowing there is no chance to came back, only to protect their land at any cost, for the future generations to see peace.

their version on night witches is a banger too...but they not only do great versions of sabaton's songs but also rammstein i actually dig his work alot

You missed one important production part... The pyro! In this case it's wood based units. They are basically steel drums. You put wood in them, add an accelerator and set them on fire. They are also very versatile man. Depending on the wood you use you get a slightly different smell and flame color. And if you soak the wood in water, it's an instant smoke machine as well! 😁 Otherwise... Great reaction! Thanks dude!

I found his channel via the "Rammstein - by others" playlist on Rammstein channel. It was a Cover of "Ausländer". I loved his voice and the lyrics. Even tough, I cannot speak Russian, I understood that his translation sounded so good. It is hard to translate lyrics well and to keep the flow of a song. In addition, I liked his idea for his music video a lot, very funny. A French noble in modern Russia.

I love Radio Tapok and have been enjoying his work for a while now. I discovered Alex Terrible & his band Slaughter to Prevail because of Radio Tapok’s channel. I think because I binge Radio Tapok’s content quite a lot, I think KZread recommended your channel to me because of that and I’m glad it did because I enjoy your content too. I’d love to hear more Russian artists or even some Ukrainian artists if you run across them on your channel. If I find any & if they have new releases I’ll try to recommend them to you for future videos.
