Raden now knows what it means by "pain in the butt", literally.

Ive had leg cramps in my sleep and I think it's because of lack of magnesium 🤔

I have never had a cramp before now that I think about it. One time though I was sleeping on my arm and I woke up. Without realizing my arm was asleep I swung it around and knocked my lamp off the nightstand lol.

That's temporary parasthesia or the "pins and needles".

You really should take the Asacoco out before you sleep

I've had leg cramps several times. I do think dehydration plays a factor in it because I have woken up feeling thirsty plenty of times.

*Listens while nomming* Mhm. Mhm. "My butt..." *Spews chicken everywhere* Uhh. Okay. For those who may have cramps, aside from limiting continuous muscle strain, neurotransmitters, hydration and electrolytes are usually involved. Small doses of apple cider vinegar for quick relief, plus alterations to your diet to make sure you're getting enough water, sodium, calcium, and especially potassium and magnesium will likely resolve most cramps. Those latter two elements can be dangerous if overdosed, so stick to sub-90% DV magnesium supplements, and things like bananas, potatoes, and milk for potassium. Vit D3 will help with calcium homeostasis and overhaul your immune system, and K2 further aids with its metabolism, and may limit arterial calcification.
