Wow looks like your breeding season has started off well. I can’t wait to see the video on the new loft. I hope you are doing well. Those mice are annoying. I had an issue with them last year. Hopefully that will never happen again.

Oh man what a mess they made. It happened so fast to. I was surprised I was able to completely get rid of them. No signs at all right now. I hope you are finding time to enjoy your birds 😀✌️

They look great! Excited to see the new loft… is that like going to be #6? You go above and beyond with your birds, awesome breeding setup 😎. Quick question, how do you rate your YB? Your super pair that you have already four rounds out of, what makes them exceptional breeders?

Yes I do have a few too many lofts. By using this one I am going to eliminate 2 old ones.The way I rate the YBs is if they can do well in club racing and in OLR races. If you have a line of pigeons that can do both then you have something special. If you take a great line of OLR birds, and put them in club races. They usually just get lost they don’t have the intelligence. Those are speed birds and usually just get lost. Anyways, Im not a know it all this is just what I’ve seen in the past five years. .. 4th round and they haven't got to raise any youngsters themselves? You really need to let that top pair raise a round of babies on their own.. They actually look forward to doing that, believe it or not..

Yep at least one round and at least let them set the eggs or dummy eggs for 10 days before letting the hen go down on another set of eggs as not to exhaust the hen let her calcium and other minerals build back up
