Wouldn't brag about it! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
This was their best song by a mile. ‘Some Girls Do’ seems to be better known but this one, which I think was their first hit, is far better in my opinion. In fact, if they re-released it now I think it could easily be a hit all over again with a whole new audience, it’s such a feel good party song.

Love this song lively and vibrant Gets pitifully little airplay compared to Some Girls which is great also
Loved this song 70 long time go 😁🏴😊
I remember this came out shortly before Christmas 1978 in the UK.
Ik vergeet dit nooit! Leuk Racey! 😎🎙️🎼🎹🎤🎵❤️
This song was played at the disco in the 80s love this song great one ❤❤❤❤
Great memories all coming back
Hoe juantastisch kan een optreden zijn? Hier zit zoveel in, zoveel gemak, zo aanstekelijk, waarbij op het einde alles synchroon te samen komt. Richard Gower heeft zoveel charisma. Briljant.
Racey was great in the 8o love them 😃❤❣❤❣

First chart topper but first single was Chris Norman and Pete Spencer's Baby Its You, as good as Smokie. Rudd was a B side written by Richard Gower, loved those harmonies, so reminiscent of Beach Boys,Fleetwood Mac, Little River Band

As an English word, "racy" is spelt without an "e," as in "smoky," bony," spiny" etc., but often an "e" appears in these words without many people noticing. Super pop sound from the 80's though!

Well, almost 1980s. Late 1970s, 1978, 1979. This song was released November 1978, and on radio the 1st and 2nd quarter, 1st half of 1979, too, till approximately June 1979.
When I read the biographies, I see Richard Blake and Matt Venn as Pete Miller's replacement. Who was it really?
