The reveal of a model train set, with creepy ambient music, might be the most unintentionally funny moment on this show

The size of that model train set table, more models on the shelves, all those model cars, toys and plushies in this economy? The squad was looking at at least $2,000 street value in goods stashed in this one room :v

love this show, but wish tv directors would look into diabetes more. being diabetic you never give someone insulin without doing blood glucose level first. you could put them into diabetic coma

Well, I don’t know what to much about diabetes. I do know that once you’re in a coma, that’s a clear sign to give you an emergency shot which is probably what they had on them. It’s a low-dose that they meant to stabilize you until they can get you to a hospital or to paramedics, my stepmom said it’s rare, but it does happen when people have to give the medication without taking their blood pressure, because or blood sugar whatever they need to take sorry, but my stepmom is type two diabetic and she said it in rare very rare cases when someone goes into diabetic shock like that or a Crisis. Or whatever they call it that it is OK to use those emergency pens. But idk honestly, you look at cases like Chicago med and they do things on that show that you wouldn’t be able to do in real life, but sometimes they do to do things based off of real life stories same thing with Chicago PD I just like that they take that kind of mix between fake and real and put it together, yes, somethings won’t be completely accurate but I guess that’s the beauty of TV things work out in the end

@@Luna_moon_1127 it depends on whether they are out because of a high glucose or out for a low. if its high then yes that pen is needed to stabilize. If he's low then that pen could potentially kill him. But the mother had already said that he needed doses at specific times so its safe to assume that the pen would be needed.

@@Luna_moon_1127 Considering that the story angle was expressly about the kid not having had is usual insulin shot on time, it makes sense to use the insulin pen. If the story was more heavily focused on an unknown situation, then I could see the conclusion being an issue, but its not framed that way in this clip.

Yes, he looked pissed at the cop who shot the offender because the offender is the only one who knows where the kidnap child is in situations like that it is always the police is top priority to keep the offender live if they can so that they can locate the child as well, that’s why Kim was trying to approach of getting him to turn around and cooperate with them so that they could still have a chance of asking him where the kid is once they got him arrested

as happy as the ending seems, that kid is a future cluster b patient, that kind of trauma at such a young age, and lifelong, doesn't give good results anywhere in life going forward

That all really relies on the type of trauma he endured. Seeing how the father did seem to kinda care for the kid. And the mother is still there, he might have a better chance. But i'm not psychiatrist

Depends on how much he saw of what happened to his mum, and if he gets really good therapy. She'll need it too, poor woman. The fact that this happens in real life is quite frankly terrifying.

@@somedestinyfanyaknow3703I’m not too sure about how insulin works, I know that if blood glucose is too high you use insulin, if it’s too low you get the person to eat, using insulin whilst someone has low glucose can kill them.
