1/4 cup raw papaya paste
2 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garlic paste
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp Chaat masala powder
2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
1/2 cup oil
