मैं संगीत का जानकार नहीं हुं, पर मैं शास्त्रीय संगीत और मुकेशजी का भक्त हूं।

Mukeshji is a very very special singer.he sings straight,no big murkies and taans,yet so deep and heart warming.he sang very less songs compared to Rafi and kishore, but in certain aspects he is ahead of them.Rohitji only u can do justice to Mukeshji and u have just mesmerized the viewers in this video.hats off to u and deeply grateful for this masterpiece ,300th lecture dedicated to this great man,u r indeed a chosen one..Thankyou.🙏.

इतने सुंदर गीत, इतने अच्छे तरह से प्रस्तुत किया है आपने। मजा आ गया। भारतीय संगीत महान है विश्व भर में।

Extra ordinary, as usual. Anything can continue in the world, is known an accepted by people at large. I as born in 1953 and i have completed 69 year. The early songs filmi- come to my memory is Suhana safar aur ye mausam hansi. Then as age progressed, it was observed that people at large did not appreciate film music. The importance was given to devotional, patriotism and classical songs. In school also students were invited on stage from either of the above. The main reason, may be, a student sung Awara hun, in presence of Jawahalal Nehru and then he requested lyricist to write and Hum nahi banenge awara, hum banenge desh dulare. But after 1963 filmi songs were accepted and students were allowed to sing in gathering. This was era of Dosti, Haqeeqat, etc. You started this series and made it so available that even a person without classical knowledge would be interested in to hear it and i am sure, once he/she will listen it again and again and lecture by lecture. To comeback to my preface, common people will create an interest in it. Every Bharatnattam student does not become a stage performer, but he/she will enjoy more such dance performance. Please continue your effort in keeping alive the Indian classical music. I am your subscriber and a listener. Repeat, Listener and just hearing.

Your knowledge of Indian music is commendable. If you give us music of MD of olden days i.e. C Ramchandra ,Vasant Desai, Nausad,SD Burman,SN Tripathi etc.
