Mental health is not a joke.. Only people who had gone through it will know how difficult it is..
This single interview changed our understanding about Archana as a person and huge respect for what you achieved and what you are.

Hats off Archana Kavi for who you’re Now 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💐
I love the way how dhanya listens to what Archana is saying. Like a friend, like a mum, like someone who wants to listen when archana was sharing her reading inability. unlike interviews today where they lack listening skill.. Every depressed person needs a person who listens like how dhanya does!!!!

I feel like her parents and her teachers are the best. Understanding and accepting is best thing they can do to a human

@@gguitarcrazyy yeah ... that's true... The worst scenario is even when people around is ready to listen or understand , the suffering person is not able to open up. It is so sad for both parties
I can't tell how precious this interview is.. in fact all of the interviews you have done in this series Dhanya ma'am.. But this one specifically, it's very very precious.. Archana, thank you for speaking your heart out. I can only imagine how difficult it would have been for you to open up .. but This is going to help a lot of people in ways you wouldn't have thought.. Love ❤️

Satyam..precious interview
A big bow to both of you , as a mental health professional ,also dealing with learning disabled children i greatly appreciate for conversations like these...i became teary in many moments...i can't imagine her whole life not knowing the reason for her struggles... Just respect respect only respect for her....
I'm a C-PTSD patient due to generational trauma and abuses, and that "namukonnu kulichalo" kind of re-parenting that you do to yourself tears me up also. I'm here doing such lil things with me every day these days to get me up and do things. It's hard. 🥺 And the weather thing. I don't need a person too to be hyperactive when in such moments. 😅❤️ Hugs dear ❤️ I feel you totally as C-PTSD has some BPD traits. But we got this.💪🏻 We are greater than our ups and downs. We are warriors. Awareness is the key. We all deserve healing ❤️

Even in film companion interviews people are not comfortable to explain their vulnerabilities. It is danya who can do it effortlessly. Archana definitely a wonderful person who is real.
The love I had for Archana peaked and is over the top now! I have been following her for a while now. Truly she is inspirational. Thank you Dhanya Varma for the platform you've created to show us her and her story.
Dhanya... Ur such a gem 💎. How beautiful ..ur talking to the persons. U respect them... We malayali wants these type of interviews.. thanks
I haven't seen a raw interview like this so far in recent times.Hats off to the host for letting Archana speak her heart out and sharing her side of life. More power to women like her ...! I hope she keeps fine and receives all the help possible from near and dear ones. It is so important to find the right people to clinically diagnose and propose the right treatment plan based on the individuals present state of mind. Unfortunately,we don't have many such experts in India who know what they speak or have a clue on what to do. Most commonly suggested "solution" for a person with depression,if unmarried,is to get married and if married and depressed, then have a kid. This itself explains the "expertise" available in our country.
This just hit different!! 🥹 Archana has the gift of soulful story telling. Even though I never had any of her mental health conditions, I could feel and connect to everything she said. Dhanya Varma, as usual! Queen of beautiful conversations that pull at your heartstrings! I wish there were more media folks like you.
This interview has got a different value now. I feel everyone must hear it. 🌱🌱🌱
Hats off Archana!! Nobody can have the guts to say that they were diagnosed bipolar. Lots of love.. Tats immense strength you showed. I remember seeing your KZread video long back when you were about to develop the symptoms. I was so upset. Am glad to see you as a happier person today.
Literally she is a warrior... Hats off Archana 🙌 and your family is your blessing. Lots of love❤ 🥰
Never felt so touched watching an interview. The nuances , the pure form of introspection, the way Archana talked about her experiences without any hesitation is such a great thing . So empowering to see her core strength and life hurdles. A talk session without any drama or unnecessary questions. How beautifully Dhanya chechi listened to her and asked the right questions. Now this is called an interview in all its standards. Many media pages and people should take notes on this . This is how u make a talk show productive. Loved it ❤️
Proud of you Archana..for speaking your heart out. Many situations you have gone through is so relatable.
Teared up ....hats off archana for opening up about mental health and learning disability and dhanya too for showing the compassion throughout the interview 😊
These segments were an emotional rollercoaster for me. ❤️
Shed tears by end of this video :’) Will remember this interview for a long time💖
'Taare Zameen Par' really helped many kids and their families to identify dyslexia. My best friend also realized she's a person with dyslexia after 'Taare Zameen Par'❤
Literally in tears, mainly as it hit home hard. I have no words to say how touching this conversation was. Kudos to Archana for openly talking about such a relevant issue, regardless the vulnerability she put herself in. Sure it will help a lot of people who are suffering silently❤ ❤❤
After watching this episode...so much of respect for Archana. U inspire me and many others watching this. Thanks a lot Dhanya chechi for bringing her . Lots of respect for both .
This is indeed a must watch episode for everyone! Archana, more power to you girl! You’re undoubtedly passing on a loot of lessons… and Thank You Dhanya, for giving us this & for all what you’re doing. Kudos! Love and respect to you both ❤️❤️
I don't have words to express what I feel watching this interview. I'm in tears. Archana... You are amazing. A true fighter. A lot of things you shared about yourself rang a bell with my journey through depression and anxiety too. From pulling yourself out of the bed and putting together acts for survival to trying not to do anything extreme... And those repeated patterns every month... It's so relatable. Thank you for sharing it all in public. And Dhanya, as I always say, an amazing host. This episode will always remain special for me, personally. Love from Paris. 💕💕💕
Talking about depression is not easy, especially in our community. Telling people that you're going to therapy or taking medication is not easy, especially in our community. But more and more people need to speak up so that others that are struggling through such things understand that's it's okay, they're okay and that they're brave to reach out and get help! To know, you're strong! My father was diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression for 3 yrs. He struggled a lot to get through his days, like Archana mentioned some days he was his old self and other days he barely could move. And one day he decided that he can't take it anymore and he ended his battle... He gave up fighting to stay afloat. There are so many people out there that are going through these things. The more we speak about it the more people will have awareness and the more people will be equipped to help others that need the support! Thank you Archana for speaking up. Thank you Dhanya chechi for giving her the space and the attention she needed to open up about it. Great interview!
Such a beautiful conversation 👏 Takes a lot of courage to share your raw experiences in social media. Hats off to Dhanya Varma and Archie for having this conversation 👍👍👍 Must Watch 👍
More power to you Archana 💪.You addressed the Elephant in the room. It's a blessing to have supportive parents. This interview is a snipet of the ordeals many go through. Mental wellness over everything else.
This wasn’t an interview really. This is all heart and soul. Such honest revelations, things you’d perhaps only share with your closest one. Archana, I do hope you realise you’re helping us as a society to be more comfortable discussing mental health. Thanks Dhanya, for having her on the show♥️
Beautiful conversation. Hatts off to Archana. You are a great inspiration. Got tears. This s why your show s special. This interview s very special to those who goes through mental health problems. This is who you are ! Wonderful! You are way to go. Thanks to your parents and teachers for acceptance, without that you won't be confident. As Dhanya said it s difficult to describe what you are going through. You did with very lightness and lovely. People should learn from you. God bless both of them.
I just loved the way how Archana accepts her and how she makes the mood lighter each time after explaining different hard phases of her life...got lot to learn from this amazing conversation, thankyou both of u❤❤❤❤
Being diagnosed with bipolar 9 years back, i can totally relate to whatever she's saying. It's a difficult journey and to top it up with very less awareness and support from your near and dear ones. Cheers to her.!!
Thank you for this conversation,Dhanya. Archana is an inspiration in many ways.May God bless her abundantly 🙏
I am so proud of you Archana! Having dyslexia itself is difficult.. in spite of not getting specific reading support and surviving that entire school journey with your parents and teacher supports is amazing.. at the end you accept, learn and cherish every aspect and experiences in your life.. and that you are unapologetic about yourself is something the the millennials need to imbibe from you! Kudos to you! More power to you girl! 🎉😊
Proud of you Archana!.. Thanks a lot Dhanya for being a medium for putting this out into the world.. must watch y'all
This was such a lovely interview! Adore how Archana spoke of her journey, connected so well. Thank you for bringing her ❤
I am teared up now… thank u Dhanya Mam again for the amazing question and patient listening.. Hats off Archana for talking your heart out .. I can totally relate on how you explained playing with your mind, being numb and doing nothing but focusing on staying alive … you r indeed very strong.. looking forward for many conversations .. part 3 and part 4 :)
More power to you Archana for speaking out and being as real as can be. Mental health is a journey, like you rightly said. It isn't always a low and then success all of a sudden. People expect you to snap out of it quickly like it's a phase. It's not! And why I say that? Because I too am a recently divorced woman who went through hell and needed help. Mine is not amicable like yours. It's been 2 years and I still have nightmares that I am back at his place. Whenever my therapist say we can stop sessions, after 2 months I would have to restart because the scar is that deep. It takes time. And I learnt to be very loving and gentle with myself. Anyone reading this in similar situation - hold onto your family and your close friends. Their role in your recovery is very important.
She is a true warrior for sharing very sensitive aspects of her life. Often times we neglect our mental health or your family doesn’t understand how to deal with such emotions. Hats off for bringing mental illness into awareness and sharing your story!
It's really an eye opener to parents! Kudos to Archana for their courage to open up about her disability 💐
I am going thru clinical depression ....I can totally relate to what she said...every day is a new day in this phase...wishing all the very best to Archana...thank you Dhanya for this wonderful show .
One of the best interviews from Kerala.. Proud of u Archana & much love 💕. Thanks a ton to Dhanya 👏👏
One of the best interviews I’ve ever seen. Thank you so much Dhanya!! 🙏🙏🙏 Big hugs to Archana. And thank you for being so mature. The world needs more people like you. 🤗🤗😘😘

Just can't express how relieved I feel after listening to Archana.. RELATABLE LIKE HELL.. Hats off to Archana for speaking up.. it takes hell lots of courage to speak about mental health. And of course her family especially her dad.. ❤️
Was waiting for this part 2: eagerly ❤ This would be an interview the world would talk about. Not only for the interviewer’s compassion, kindness and listening skills; but for the honest and transparent human being I have ever seen on the social media platform. Huge respect goes out to you Archana Kavi. My love to your parents and close family including your dogs. If I get a chance one day, would love to sit and have a coffee with this cool, fun loving person Archana. Dhanya chechi you are just something else. What grace you held on through out the interview. I couldn’t stop myself from crying watching Archana open up. I wish you all goodness to come your way. May your good and productive days be more than the low days always. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ xxx Rini Alfred
This is such a raw interview. Archana you definitely are a warrior. As Dhanyechi said takes a lot of courage to talk about it. This was just such a beautiful conversation, Dhanyechi!

Huge respect to her and her parents. Unless you are having a solid support system it will get difficult to hustle. And I still have a bit of disappointment in abish to leave her alone through all this

This is such a deep conversation!!! More power to you girl ❤️
Hi Dhanya, thanks for being such an empathetic person who doesn’t judge the person infront of you. Appreciate your listening skills. Became a fan of your interviews.
Hi this is my 1st ever comment on KZread.. and tis is for you Archana.. u are a GEM.. it’s very normal to have a disorder to your mind the very normal way how it happens to your body.. but to overcome the mental disorder is quite challenging and almost impossible.. but u made it 😊😊... hats off to your parents too.. thanks Ms Dhanya for tis interview.. you are the best👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Archana if u are reading this comment,I am so touched hearing your story, infact you are a warrior!love u loads !
This made me tear up. Love the honesty of Archana and the compassion the interviewer shows. Hats off to Archana's family, school and friends who were so supportive! Everyone needs someone who willingly listens to them without any judgment and provide a shoulder to lean on during struggles. One can open up only if there are people who listen to them. Sometimes it is good to remain single. If the partner is not supportive, it can adversely affect one's mental health. Hormones and such make women's life more complicated while men for men, it is more neurodevelopmental issues (mild autism and such). I hope everyone human being develops empathy and understanding, so people around them can lean on them in times of struggle.
Archana..Your are such a motivation for children with Dyslexia...Your are so positive...Academics achievement is not the end of all children..So nice you are so open..Please help motivate other kids.
Thank you for this beautiful interview. For people in Kerala, who stigmatize against people with mental health disorders and learning disability, this should be an eye opener for understanding this condition and not being judgemental.
This interview was like a breath of fresh air.... Kudos to Dhanya for listening to what Archana had to say... Archana hang in there girl... Lots of luv n prayers..
Such a deep and soulful conversation. Every aspect of her journey is relatable to me and I hope more and more people should come forward speaking about mental health issues.. hugs Archana & Dhanya ❤
My God Dhanya u will b blessed. Cos this interview is... I'm tearing up. Thankyou Archana thankyou.. God bless. And thankyou for being who u r today. It takes a lot of willpower to be at where u r. Thanks for sharing and pls know u r not alone..
Am teary eyed. I can relate to everything she told. Hats off to Dhanya chechi for making her so comfortable
This part in particular is so wholesome ❤️ Thanking both of you ❤️
Can't get over this. Such a soulful interview💯
One of the bestttttt interview ever,,,, conducted soooo greatly.. the exact stage many including me going through by fighting each day to even get up from bed but cant skip always as we have to earn to survive too.. many days we fail in that too n that itself makes us feel only we have this issue as nobody else would be brave enough to open up like this…. All love to Archana n Dhanya chechi ❤❤❤👍👍👍👏👏👏
Thanks Dhanya for this interview.. literally teared up. Being someone trying to cop up with a similar issue, this interview gives me great courage to be more open about it and seek help. Thanks a lot Archana.. Indeed you are a warrior.
Firstly thanks to dhanya chechi for bringing archana kavi to this show.. the way archana sees her life and how beautifully she is enjoying her as how she is remarkable. This is how a human being should be .. we should really appreciate her for telling everything out in public to make ppl aware of different lives. This is called a strong lady .. and u are so lucky that u have got a brilliant school and parents as backbone which many ppl dont get and wat turns their way down .. the position where she is now sitting in an interview as a celebrity shows how successful she is in her life and that makes her successful and it gives alot of ppl more knowledge to know that think before u utter a word to another person coz nobody knows what is happening in the other person's life .. be kind or be quiet.. keep rocking archana ❤️
Huge respect and love to you Archana for being so BRAVE to share this and acknowledge yourself❤❤❤
How well she opened up👏👏Dhanya👏👏👏u r a good listener and that made her more comfortable..Archana ♥️u r a warrior right from your childood👏👏👏
You made me cry Archana!!😰 I could feel pain in my heart when I listened to you! Lots of love girl🥰🥰❤️. And a big hug for your parents for what they are!
Love ..love..love. 💖 I'm sure i'm not the only one who got tears while watching this. Such warmth and depth in her genuine words. 😍 so much relatable . And..like Archana said, your interviews are that much unique. It has a soul ..so much positivity.💖
I feel her Interviews like this are what we needed❤

The best conversation i had come across till date. Hats off to both of you guys...the disability & all the end results of it that affects a person...its a life long struggle of survival in this too demanding & competative world..i wish there were more people around us who were ready to accept imperfections whole heartedly & be bit considerative.
This literally made me cry♥️but you have come a long way Archana 💕well done...keep going ✨
Not many will reveal all this in public platform ! Kudos to you girl , Archana! You will do well in life ! Archana might be so relieved talking to Dhanya !
Love all your interviews right from Happiness Project. This one with Archana is priceless. Was teary eyed many times. Living with someone that has seasonal depression I have often wondered why they behave so and at times got frustrated supporting them. But my support patience horizons are broadened listening to her experience. Many Thanks and Much love..
For anybody who has a child with dislexia, please note that each board gives concessions for such kids for the board exams. You just need to get it certified and produce it to the board. Dr Anjali Morris Foundation is an NGO in India that works to help such kids to learn methods that work for them.

If you could elaborate on the topic it would be helpful . I had problems with numbers from school itself but now I have a degree in engineering .but the struggle I had to go through and the time it took me to get the degree is unimaginable . Was depressed and had been addicted to substance too coz I couldn't finish my degree on time .I always knew I had discalculia but my mom didn't want to acknowledge it .if you could explain how and we're you could get it certified it would be helpful for a lot of people.
One and only interview I heard fully! Amazing and so relatable 🤗👍
Hey Archana-you are amazing you are a champion and i am a big fan now as iam glad you have spoken your heart out and this can help many also kudos to your lovely parents tc🥳💃
