There is no need of show kitchen if you are not using it. You don't need to worry about continuity. That space can be used for something else. You don't need ro show or prove anything.

Design is good. Landscape and cladding materials/ color selected is nice. The independent porch is nice and simple. Also the stones and pavement tiles color and combination is good. The steel roof structure and tiles work is good looking and proper for rainy climate. Leakage issue for concrete slab wont be there in future. Overall simple and cost less work. But the price 57 lakhs mentioned for the construction is more as per the materials selected. There is more interior and landscape works. Structural slab work for roof less. Hence the overll cost should be less.

People build houses as per their wish and requirements, why u have to question their choices If they need a show kitchen? In that case u can ask why build a 5000sq ft house, a 1500sqft house is sufficient
