I’m doing too mount single setup as well, it’ll crank but never turns on, any idea of what could help me out?

sometimes wastegate ports on cheap manifolds cant flow enough coz of where they're placed and cause boost spikes

$150. I just had the head skimmed snd bathed! Head studs cost me $100 as they’re second hand, and the head gasket is an old one i had off my old built motor.

Just realised it has flat cam covers , what are these from or are they modified ?

The flat cam covers are off of Rb25de s1-s2 I believe
