As per an ancient forum post. I stripped my throttle body coating, and redid it with testors enamel paint. They sealed up really well, and i ran them for years like that with no issue. Going to redo them again soon and throw in some new shaft seals from efi hardware.

As much as we would love to do it, manufacturers won’t supply their product if it is a heads up test. To buy them would be 10K and then there is labour and tuning. Huge job to make this video and simply unaffordable. However, luckily our new engine combo is very similar to a few other builds using different turbos and we can do some comparisons. We have a few turbo options planned for our R32 once it is running again

It's worth spending the time to ensure all of your egt probes protrude the same amount into the manifold tube. The gas temperature near the wall is very different to the centre of the pipe. Even a few mm can be 50 degrees different.

Soo, off the engine came, had to rush out to buy the delete kit, and then I must have cursed 100 times in an hour realizing the brake booster needs to be loosened before you can replace the clutch. NICE ONE NISSAN!
