For the song fifth season I was upset with both Chanelle and her team cause her team weren't really taking her seriously when she said she doesn't have time to breathe in the song. And they just kept pushing it until Chanelle broke but I was a little annoyed cause Chanelle kinda gave up once she knew the song and I think it it was from I-Land(correct me if im wrong) but someone said that if u become an idol u don't get to choose your genre so I was like Chanelle I love u but if u debut you gotta be prepared, just in case your group is given this kinda song genre. But I understand how she wasn't confident with this song I just hope she stays strong and doesn't let this bring her down. (Vote Chanelle!!!)❤❤💖💖

Yeah but a company can't and will not give a concept to a group that doesn't fit it. Imo RUNext contestants REAAAALLLLY don't fit elegant and cute concepts. I'm sure they can do it, but they just shine and stand out when doing girl crush, stronger concepts.

@@nea6332 not necessarily they are some contestants that will shine in elegant concept or softer concepts like new jeans .they are Jeongun,jiwoo,minju,Moka,himena, wonhee and some others Honestly only chanelle,youngseo,yunah and iroha maybe jihyun fit girl crush Jeemin is like a mix between the two concepts. So depending on the members any concept can be used

@gladysezinwa6837 Yeah and u just named half of the top 6. The reason why ppl seem to tolerate iroha more than wonhee is bcs iroha has SP and fits the concepts of the top runners/ big 6. Eventhoigh these girls can do the concept do they shine in them IMO Jiwoo SHINES in mature and mystery concepts like Given Taken, BAD Boy, 4 walls [now that i think abt it she hasnt done a REAL cute or innocent concept.] ALSO Minji is very versatile and can do any concept. Wonhee on the other hand looks like someone's holding a gun to her head whenever she doing a girl crush or mature concept example: Stay with me, My bag, Fearless [i think] her audition performance and SSOTS were here better performances and that's bcs all she has to do is smile.

Funa did so well she always does. They just never mention her, they dont give her screentime and it’s so unfair ☹️☹️

I literally cried for hours and still now when Funa was eliminated and that was the only time they recognized to Funa

I was expecting a lot more from green room. Especially since a girl kicked Chanelle who would’ve definitely elevated the performance. Their practice was really annoying to watch. Only Hyewon was taking it seriously. At no point did they feel like a team Purple room did better imo and as the ranking decided as well. I wish the girls matched chanelle’s more mysterious aura. She still killed it even lacking confidence. Their practice was a hard watch too. Chanelle was very stressed and it felt like she was babysitting a bit outside of Moka. RED ROOM !!!! They did so well I love them. Their teamwork and hard work was so Refreshing. Yunah and Jiwoo taking the time to talk and smooth everything over. It was not in vain. They’re the only ones who felt like an actual K-pop group.

Chanelle is a SoCal girl with limited Korean skills. I think the show is kind of on the fence with her. On the one hand, they would love an English speaking American who can rap with LA ties in the group to help break thru globally (which seems to be what Hybe is about). On the other hand, they don't want her to eclipse the other members in America and ruin the team concept. She looked very uncomfortable with the purple princess concept, but would've killed in the red group. In or out of the final group, she has a bright future ahead.

I think the part that chanelle was talking about was the last chorus because she goes from a high note directly into the lalala part and you can tell she ran out of breath halfway through and that’s why the pitch was slightly off. But I might be mistaken. That part was very taxing because it’s at the end of the song and she didn’t really have anytime to breath

And apparently wonhee wasn’t even singing live

anyone who knows lip-sync and isn't blind could tell she wasn't singing live. On the high note she had not one strain in her face or her neck, but Korea really wants her because they think she is/will be like Wonyoung.

It's really obvious that the song didn't suit Chanelle and no one did the leader job to give her some positive energy they just ignored her ,and we all know that she deserved better Vote for chanelle

First Haruka didnt debut in lesserafim and now she got eliminated? If i was her, i wouldn't try again to debut, but she was brave for still trying again, love her

FORREAL i feel like its just gonna limit the concept/types of songs the group can do especially IF you have girls like jiwoo in the final debut lineup...

The concepts are going to be limited if minors are in the final lineup🤔

Some people in the comments said wonhee lypsinced? Where did y'all get that info anyway? I noticed too that there were changes in the performance clips. But if one lypsinced it's possible the others did too. It's not fair how everyone's pointing out her only

It could be possible but that isn't always the case, tho in this instance I think maybe only one or two girls were live. But she had the high note which made it super noticeable and it was a vocal mission. Plus, she is a minor so a lot of international watcher don't want her in the group which I agree. Korean watchers seem to only want her in because she is pretty.

IDC - I think Minju did a really good job but this line distribution is atrocious. I also liked Youngseo's performance as well. 5S - This was rough. I understand Chanelle's frustration of getting a song she didn't want + being exhausted. However, this ep. was really bad for her. She needed to grin and bear it. Her second mistake was choosing to do the rap parts because those did not show her off at all. Her final mistake was not pulling it together for the performance. Overall, I'm very worried for her position now because she was already not popular in Korea. Moka fit the concept so well. I really liked Wonhee's singing but she looked awkward at times. Monster - Whoever composed that rock version needs to be fired. It was so bad. The camerwork was also not good. That being said, the girls ATE.

ok so about wonhee she lip synced her whole performance while the others sang live, she lacks stage presence and her facial expressions are so stiff, she’s underage and the only thing that’s making people vote for her is her visuals! wich by the way is so weird that people care that much about a MINORS physical appearance more than the other legal and much more talented trainees. This isn’t a beauty pageant, this is a survival show for talent so they become performers and singers not models. wonhee isn’t fit for this, she needs more than one month of training. The other girls deserve it much more, she’s young she has many years to train and debut can’t say the same for others.

Amazing video ❤ This show unfortunately is so rigged and manipulated, and it seems like no one is watching... Difficult to find videos about people talking about it. It would be nice if you could create more videos about your opinions ❤

But i really want to understand about the show is why did the camera focus on Chanelle? why did they use too many part of the last episode to take a long story about Chanelle in the end of the episode like... i really just want to understand...i agree that Chanelle have to accept what the producers say, but still i admire her to fight for the part she want, and it prove again that she's desperate to debute contrary what people thought the preview episode.

wonhee lipsynced the whole song. i watched a few analysis and its clear, whitch is v frustrating for me cause rn she's getting a lot of praises for amazing live vocals

Tbh chanelle was doing good until that crack when it wasnt supposed to be her part they literally pressured her doing that part and she is a human and its not easy singing that parts without breathing breaks

With the part Chanelle did she matched the energy of the actual singer but okay

Am I the only one who thought the song choices/process was a bit wierd? Like Red Velvet and color red... there are so many RV songs that fits red concept, much more than 'Monster' (and it's not even an actual RV song - it's Irene & Seulgi) And how is red a rock concept..? And out of all 2NE1 songs, they go for "I don't care", good song but not the most exciting song for a showcase...

RIGHT, the rock version of monster honestly did not fit it at all, i felt the instrumental was going way faster than the singing which resulted in the perfomance not sounding as good

yeah the song choices were kinda terrible this round

in today eisode, I was disappointed of why channele become like this. its very immature. I think it’s best for her not to debut in a group or as an idol. just be a solo singer, create your own songs and do what genre you want. . That’s the only way to satisfy your ego and so that you can be happy
