R-Type (R-Type Dimensions/PlayStation 3 Version) - No Death Run
Hello Again !!!!
This is me playing "R-Type" for the PlayStation 3. R-Type was released together with R-Type II as part of the "R-Type Dimensions" game which is downloadable via the PS Store. What you see here is a No Death Run, means that I didn't died once and for a game like R-Type this isn't very bad I think :)

After seeing certain streamer spends hours in a single level, this is really impressive
the game is amazing, just the graphics, for a ps3 this looks awfull and cheap... shame, still fun tho.
The audio direction for this game is so unstriking and bland that it actually dissuaded me from buying it.. especially when compared to the SNES version. Plus the 3d is door rather poorly, it looks cheap, and you lose the gritty organic look of the original games.
Alot of people aren't happy with the looks of this and the music but it really captures the arcade feeling! Besides that this is really really fun! Personally I can over look graphics when the game is fun but I think this looks great!
This is one of my favorites. So glad they remade this
Amazing classic remake , but this title dessrves a new adventure for ps4 like Delta and Final versions
I wish for R-Type Tactics and Tactics II: Operation Bitter Chocolate ported in SONY PlayStation 5, Microsoft Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch and PC as R-Type Tactics: HD Deluxe Edition. Imagine if we have R-Type Tactics III in Unreal Engine 4/5, same engine as R-Type Final 2.
This is a great idea for side-scrolling games: that is, the ability to toggle between 3D and 2D. Konami’s back catalog could have had this.
Yes is good idea to do new versions of old and fantastic good games...
