The original image covered the name for privacy reasons, and he just says a random name so it flows well. At the timestamp you provided, the first letter of the actual name is visibly an 'L'. So Ryan is just a name made up on the spot.

The Ryan one confuses me so much? The kids seems like they’re at least early teens So what kind of teen gives their moms detailed debriefings of their hangouts? If they are giving said debriefing, what kind of person thinks a friend taking medication is important enough to mention? Was Ryan in cahoots with his mom, did he also believe medication was bad?
