Guys, obviously I wanted to post the video of them arguing and all the drama, NOT the "passionate hugging." Of course I don't want to post that on KZread!!! Nonetheless, I edited that part out of the video to avoid confusion. It was super super stupid of me to not realize the implication. My channel focuses on drama so I was only thinking about the drama/argument part of the video.

I heard the first story before. The entire town gaslit and abused Devin’s first victim so bad she left town because they all fell for the “good boy” act he had when others were around. Only when he hit OP in front of people, did they believe the first victim. Like it’s ok to not believe her, but to gaslight her to the point of needing to flee the town is just awful. The entire town should give both OP and the first victim something for the abuse they had to endure especially when reaching out for help.

I heard story 1 and it has updates to it. Devin was shown the post by his sister who he is currently staying with and flipped his shet demanding op to take the post down because he's being even more outed on the internet. Devin then attacked his sister and she threw him out as a result, no police involved. Op also told Devin that he didn't change abit since all the drama, pain and hurt he caused her and other people in his life. He violated her, abused her, manipulated her, list goes on and said he deserves every bit he got in his life now. Almost a decade and this man never changed, still the same evil piece of human flesh walking around with nobody and nothing all for some ass he got and got an std with being abandoned by everyone, family included. When I had a problem with people stealing from my garden I went to the cops and they told me there wasn't much they could do. I put a sign by my garden with prices for every kind of vegetable I grew (like 50 bucks for a single tomato) and a camera on the garden. When someone delivers the "if you ••fill in the blank•• ever again, I'll off myself" threat, the only acceptable response is to leave immediately. Whether they will or won't go through with it has anything to do with you, they just want you to blame yourself *if* they do go through with it

Better yet, call their bluff and call the authorities for a wellness check since you were "so concerned" about them. Not only do you have it on record if they escalate, you can embarrass/scare them into not trying that tactic again. @@RadiantAngel That’s what I did with my mom. It wasn’t frequent, but there was a certain amount of times she’s imply it she would do it. The last time around this time last year, she texted me to call her for some last words if I wanted. I just told her I’m calling the cops and they’re on the way. She backtracked and said please not to do it, it’ll embarrass her. I just said “Don’t throw that around like someone won’t respond to that. Next time you do this, I’m not going to bluff. I’ll straight up call them.” As of now, she hasn’t done it again.

Call the cops, install cameras, install motion activated security lights, post multiple signs which read “Private Property. No Trespassing. Violators Will Be Shot. Survivors Will Be Shot Again.” Then instead of a scarecrow, set up a silhouette style target that has been shot full of holes. And finally, for good measure, buy s pump action shotgun, a bullet making kit, with empty shotgun shells, a bag of rock salt, and a bag of pork grinds. Then also buy commercially produced shotgun shells loaded with bird shot and buck shot. The shells loaded with rock salt and pork grinds are your warning shot. They sting like a son of a bitch to be shot with, but won’t cause lethal damage. The rock salt gets into the skin, stinging the entire time and can’t be removed. They just have to wait for their bodies to absorb the salt and work it out of their systems. The pork grinds sear themselves into their skin and have to be pealed off by hand, one by one. It hurts more removing them than it does getting shot by them. The bird shot is only lethal to birds and small animals, especially from farther away. To larger mammals, like people, the tiny metal pellets would just imbed themselves into the flesh, but not deep enough to cause any serious damage. However they will have to go to the hospital to have the doctor remove them. Which will be (a) embarrassing, (b) painful, and (c) cause them legal trouble as gunshot wounds have to be reported to the police and then they’ll have to explain that they were shot while committing multiple crimes. And then buckshot is the last resort. It’s designed for hunting deer, so being shot with it is pretty much guaranteed to be fatal. It’s imperative, however, that when choosing your shotgun shells, that you buy different colour shells for each type of ammunition. You do NOT want to be confusing your “Warning Shot” shells with your buckshot shells, especially for dumb kids and first offenders. Taking a human life is not something to be taken lightly, and even when justified or even necessary, can ruin your life.

The bush had berries that was dangerous to humans but not the local animals and since his house was deemed historical he couldn't chop down the bush. So, he put up signs saying, "DANGER! Do NOT Eat!" "Poisonous Berries!" An Entitled Mother with her kids came over ignore the signs and just started picking the berries. Guy comes out to stop b/c you know their poisonous when eaten! The Mother and oldest kid start running off and eating the berries. Gut continues to try and flag them down to stop. The youngest stops and talks to the guy and he explains why he was after them. Then told the kid that their Mom and sibling will only get sick and have severe stomach cramps for a couple days until it's outta there system.

Remember, if someone threatens to unalive themselves to get you to do what they want, call their bluff and call the authorities for a wellness check. If needed, act like you "so concerned about their safety". Worst case, they get scared/embarrassed to not try that again and you have it on record if they try something else later. Best case, they get help offered to them and leave you alone.

Story 1: it's really nice to hear a story where all OP have to do is sit back and watch nature take its course, while living there best life. But to rub salt in the womb Devon did see this post and contacted OP about it. According to her Devin said that Opie needed to take down the post because it was a long time ago and she needs to get over it, also I think he denies getting gonorrhea from her mom, or something like. I unfortunately can't remember everything OP said I do know he was pissed that she posted this story.

Last story: There's an edit/update to OP's post that reveals that the inheritance was split three ways between them (they identify as NB), their mother, and their brother. OP says they also have another sister, but she wasn't on the will, which leads them to believe that the will was made out before their sister was born. Their mother is also receiving their father's social security, house, savings, etc. So... IDK if OP means it's $250k split three ways (making each beneficiary receive $83k [rounded, it doesn't split easily]), or if their one check is $250k split from $750k. It really only affects how mad I'd be, really. In the case of the former, their mom's offer of a $5k check would be about 6% of their inheritance. In the case of the latter, $5k is a mere TWO PERCENT. The only thing that might even be vaguely considered 'good' about this situation is that OP's mother did ask their brother for his inheritance, too. OP seems to be reconsidering their stance, but seems to think that 'this money' will ruin their relationship with their mother. I really hope Reddit can convince them that it's not the money doing anything, and I REALLY really hope OP and their brother will tell their mother where she can stick her demands.

So, some updates on the last one: - OP, her mother and brother are receiving a third of the payment - The mom is also receiving OP father's social security, house and savings - The reason OP thinks her sister isn't a beneficiary is because the policy was signed before her sister was born - She was thinking about instead applying the money on a investment fund, and giving her mother and sister the portion of the yearly dividends she wouldn't reinvest I saw another comment that said she signed the cheque and her mother kicked her out. Don't know where they got that information from, but it's nowhere on OP's post update nor in her comments; Also, about the $5000 her mom offered: OP did another post in r/wedding, a rant one, and explained her mother offered those $5000 but only if she got her dress in a bridal shop. Seems both her mother and her inlaws somehow think $7000 would be enough for a lavish Pinterest-like wedding, and don't seem to understand OP and her husband's desire for a more simple wedding (her FIL thinks 90 people is a 'small' wedding and wanted to invite 200!).

A little history here: In France during the 1800’s in the Boudreaux region grapes planted along the roads were splattered with a bluish grey slurry. Dr. Pasteur visited the area because of a major disease outbreak among the wine grapes and noticed that the plants along the roads splattered with this slurry were doing well. The grape growers had accidentally discovered one of the first fungicides, Bordeaux mixture which is still in use. It’s original use to stop pilfering of grapes along the roads. Also, you see corn grown along the roads, don’t pick that, it’s Horse Corn and is not sweet at all. It’s for livestock feed and silage. And to stop you from pilfering their crops.

Yeah until they decided to just help themselves and rip the plants out WHOLE! The mom just meekly said, "oh no honey dont do that..." but fat lot that did. Finally when I caught them one day on their own picking fruits and vegetables, ruining everything in the process by stepping on it I told them they're no longer allowed in my garden. That solved that but whenever their mom grew stuff multiple times she'd find them sitting in the middle of the garden eating EVERYTHING. The kids ate like they havent eaten in a week! It’s basic math🤦🏼‍♀️. I was thinking it sounded fake but was willing to give the benefit of the doubt. Then OP decided to gloat about all that. Sorry. I don’t buy it. Edit: brevity.

The Beneficiary story reminded me of something. Around the mid 90's or so an Officer from a neighboring Department Died suddenly (Not Work Related). When he first became a cop, he was living at home, and when he enrolled in the Pension System he listed his Parents as Beneficiaries, 15 years later he Passes, with a Wife and 3 kids. He had been No contact with the Parents because they didn't accept his Wife. The State Life Insurance was Paid to the Parents, who laughed at the Widow over it. "If he had wanted you to have it, he would have Changed it". They made it a Policy in my Town, that ANY Time someone got Married, or their Status Changed, to remind them to Update their Beneficiaries. Sad Story all the way around, Luckily he's also gotten a pretty hefty Regular Life Insurance Policy as well, we all figured he had just forgotten about the original one from the state.

The thing that bothers me in story 1 is that, yeah, Devin is a POS but he was preyed on. If your affair partner can’t legally vote or drink, doesn’t matter what the age of consent is, you can still be charged with statutory. Age of consent means they can consent to others their age, not their partner’s mother. ETA: Her mother is a predator and should stay away from children.

I'm looking into what you are saying, and literally nowhere does it say that they can't consent to people outside of their age range. You will be judged for doing so, but I can't find any claim that indicates that it's breaking age of consent Edit to add: What I can find is certain people above the age of 18 can't do it with someone within the range of consent and 18 if they are in a position of power, such as in Indiana the age of consent is 16 but it is illegal for a person over 18 to have sex with anyone under 18 if they work at their school, or are a person recruiting them to join the military.

2nd story: No question that these "neighbours" are stealing the blueberries, but, fun fact? We also have blueberries. My mom has to hurry up to harvest them each year - it's always a race - if she wants to get any of them! It's on. Every summer. Her, or the Black Birds.... XD She loves her wild birds, she feeds them all year round and we always have a lot in the garden. But when it comes to the blueberries, it's always a race XD

The second story reminded me of something. I was walking in the woods one day and wandered onto private property without realizing. I saw a wooden house with about 20 chickens in the yard and just turned around only to be met with a 50 something year old man with a loaded shotgun. He said, verbatim, 'get the hell out of my fucking yard, or you’re dead'. I just left that part of the woods alone after that.

The garden story got me a little frustrated at the line, "there's nothing we can do" because calling the cops on people trespassing and stealing from you is ALWAYS an option which is what should have happened. Those people need to learn that doing what they did, and apparently continued to do, is wrong and by letting them get away with it like that is just enabling them to keep doing it. The first time would be frustrating and I would have told them to stop but the moment I saw them out there again would have had me on the phone with the cops. It might seem harsh to some but I'm not going to put all kinds of work into something only for some entitled people steal it from me and think they can just do as they please. Nip that behavior right away.
