Ramos has never been able to do that. Ramos is a great goalscorer for someone in his position and his goals often come in important moments, he´s a great leader but when it comes to the most important attribute of a defender, which is defence, Ramos is far from being world class, he always makes mistakes, there´s a reason why ever since he´s been there Madrid has had a terrible record when it comes to goals conceeded
