Man, you just picked the wrong "car", if you had fallen in love with the Astro you'd have at least 803 subscribers by now... :D I haven't been over here for quite some time because I've been so busy with life, work, my own videos, etc... I found that being more diverse has helped my channel to grow. I haven't chased any algorithm that I'm aware of and the numbers keep growing.... So my unsolicited advice (everyone's favorite) is maybe diversify more. I still think you've got a great on camera presence so maybe I'll do a video on quitting youtube but use it to get some of my people to subscribe to you....! Keep on keepin' on

I just had a look, some aerostars came as awd, I bet a 4x4 conversion camper van build series would be pretty interesting, also like you say diversify, he says he has a painting company some videos on painting and such may be good too

Lol, at one point I actually was at 803 and was about to respond to this. That's mighty kind of you mentioning me on your channel. I think maybe the silver lining is that it somehow reinforced my opinion on just how overshadowed and underrated the Aerostars is, haha. I do appreciate your advice, I've had ideas on doing videos on just the general "janky" lifestyle, and sprinkle them in here and there. Just like you, as a self employed person it seems there is always something going on and something to attend to, but I enjoy this as a creative outlet, and even tho I'm not in any way chasing subscribers or trying to grow for the sake of growing, I'm still amazed how many people seem to wander on by, and its always fun receiving comments and interacting with folks. Congrats on your channel's success. I want to drive that Astro one day...

Anybody know anything about a RWD Aero converstion to 4WD. I wonder how it compares to the same procedure on the Astro. I don't know enough about the transfer case/powertrain generally in either vehicle. Thanks for your comment.

I'm a chevy guy but Back at the turn of the century - my ex wanted the Ford Aerostar for our blossoming family - so we got a 90s model and it was a great vehicle

Wow, takes a lot for a Chevy guy to serenade an Aerostar, janky do thanky for that! For the record I have absolutely nothing against the Astro, I just find it funny how often the Aero gets mistaken for the Astro. But overall I love all the brands, in GM land I'm a huge Buick fan in particular. Thanks for watching and janky do thanky for the comment!

Haha, wow, I would like that for myself as well. Unfortunately I haven't been able to drive it enough for a true "shakedown" but I'm very eagerly looking forward to spring, when I can put it through the old "italian tune-up" - I have actually heard that the engines are quite robust and that X's in particular can be fairly reliable if maintained properly, but with a car as old as this I'm prepared for it to be a constant cycle of what got too old and broke this week. Either way it looks so good standing still that I'm always happy I have the car. Janky do Thanky

I happen to be a huge fan of the Mitsubishi Mirage! What a hilarious name for a car, something that's not really actually there. Do you remember what year it was? They actually have been making them for quite some time if I'm not mistaken
