Wow, this is the most normal interview I have seen Quinton in - no humping or bitch slapping reporters.

Rampage is awesome. He is one of my all time heroes, and someone I idolize. I sent him, a message to his official facebook page, pretty much telling him my life story, and how I was depressed, and confused in life, and didn't know what to do, to get my life going in the right direction. And he actually messaged me back, with some great advice. Made me feel a lot better.
Larry King looks like the real life Mr Burns. 😂

I respect Rampage's answer about Wanderlei silva. Even though they hate each other he still acknowledges Silva as a very tough opponent.

Legend!
This guy is: 1. a man, 2. a fighter... And most importantly... 3. a great comedian... 😂
I love rampage jackson. He is a truly class act in and out of the ring. His interviews and fights were always legendary. His Vanderlei fights were some of the most epic fights on the planet.

Love him too, funniest guy ever in the UFC, but "class act"? Haha, you might've missed a few things.
Rampage's description of Rashad at the end sounded like a description of himself. I'll always be a fan of "Rampageeee!" though

At least Rampage is honest about Silva being a tough fighter.
The calmist and down to earth rampage I've ever heard
Naturally charismatic and a pleasure to listen to. He’s got a lot of interesting things to say. Easy on the eyes, too! I know I’m not the only one who feels this way about Larry King.
Hey this is pretty cool that Larry is interviewing fighters now. shows tremendous growth in the sport.
An honest and open interview!

Rampage didn't retire, stop talking shit on the guy he's gave us some of the most memorable moments the the sport. Love him or hate him you know you would watch him whenever he fought. You act like people are invincible, the mans had lot of wars and unfortunately age catches up with people. I respect the hell out of this guy because he puts his life, pride, heart, blood sweat, on the line for "your" entertainment! Respect Quinton!
That was a very neat interview sir!
Larry King interviewing MMA fighters? What the hell is going on?
Rampage is a cool dude. Big fan!!
Rampage would have permanently disabled Tito
fella being really honest.

Rampage was and always will be my favorite MMA personality and one of my favorite fighters.
take notes kids larry king is a master at interviews
Master class in interviews
Wow very humble man
Best rampage interview ever
I bet Rampage would be a good guy to have as a friend or neighbor ! Always liked him , always will ! 👍💪
One of my favorite people of all time.
When I went to the UFC in Sydney, I saw Rashaad and Rampage laughing in a bar together having beers! This was straight after their TUF season. Their beef was 100% fake!

Yeah, maybe, or maybe they're just capable of burying the hatchet. It's not that hard to be friendly with an enemy under the right circumstances and with the right attitude.
It's interesting because I didn't know this guy before the interview. I think he's very honest in the interview.
True Fighting something U don't want to do forever
Rampage always keeps it real. Legend.
Damn. Larry King actually interviews some interesting good stars. I'm looking at the suggested videos bar at the side here and I see The Game, Fifty, Tito Ortiz, Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield, Damn!!! I'm subscribing.
He left because of the #Metoo movement lol. He knew he was fk'ed.
Great guy and a great sense of humour
This is all well and good but where is the A-Team sequel? Seriously, Mr. Jackson sounds quite humble and honest in this interview, like most interviews outside the fight promotion arena. He did a great job as B.A. and I would love to see another one.
I have more respect for Rampage now. Good for him that he stands his ground and he is a real fighter, with a real fighter one thing is always certain, there will be a fight.
Very great fighter I love his personality. He's a good man.
Rampage is a good bloke he has my respect 100%
this reminds me of that ATT commercial where the Man asks a bunch of children questions and they answer. the "It's not complicated" commercial.
His last one on Rashad Lol, I kinda remember it the other way around.

When he was talking testosterone replacement before Asada banned it maybe. He started losing often after that. He was horrible to the ring girls and female mma reporters. He beat his wife and fathered an illigitimate child while he was married to her. Not a decent human being. Quinton would be destroyed on the streets where weapons and gang tactics come into their own.
Rampage is my all time favorite ufc fighter
Respect
He was a world class fighter a "LEGEND", but he has to acept his age now.
Love how Rampage is watching his manors while talking to this old timer. loool.
Could you imagine Tyson vs Jackson man that'd be amazing
Really enjoyed Rampage in Pride japan . He was not the same fighter in the UFC Octagon . Maybe due to heaver testing ? Quinton is a legend of the sport and all ways a colorful character .

+Jason Hancock well he worked on his stand up a lot more once he came over to the UFC.... notice how his slams just became obsolete? Rampage was still champion, so he was still a beast... but I think what happened to him was he just wasn't as hungry because of the money. Rampage was motivated by money.... look at the Chuck fight in Pride... his song was "im all about the money"... lmao..... once he became a millionaire, I think partying took more of a front seat than training... not too mention he was a lot older.... a mere dinosaur in the sport.... he seemed like he was only motivated to train 100 percent for certain fights.... this is all just my opinion people so don't get your panties in a twist....
@petrikoukkula9066
8 жыл бұрын
+WanderleiSilva29 I don't think that was the case with Liddell.. If not all, most of his lost at end of his career was because he didn't have the chin anymore. He started fights well, was hitting more and scoring points, but then he got one punch to the face and he was done. Same thing happened to Wanderlei. There is only so much you can get hit to the head before you just can't take it anymore. At least that's how I see it.
@WanderleiSilva29
8 жыл бұрын
+Petri Koukkula one punch to the face and he is done? Dude.. the guy had and still has one of the strongest chins in mma.... the only one to ever knock him out was wanderlei... and it took him like 5 knees to the face to do it. That last knee that connected would have knocked out anyone as well..... none of the heavy hitters could ko rampage... and hes won his last 4 straight. Hes definitely not washed up.... he just doesn't train as hard now that hes loaded. Now Wanderlei is a completely different story.... all the years of bare knuckle fighting and real unconscious knockouts weakened his chin big time.... you have an argument with that one, but not rampage.
@hangassan
8 жыл бұрын
+Petri Koukkula Damage is done to and absorbed by the neck...once you have been knocked out bad, you probably have suffered some neck trauma, which never completely heals...and I totally agree with your assessment, particularly in regards to Chuck Lidell...his chin just wasn't there...usually the first thing to go on t a fighter is heir legs, ie, the way to get out of harm's way...then the punches start accumulating...and at that point in their career, they become opponents...sad, but that is the way it goes...
@hangassan

+WanderleiSilva29 Wanderlei...and Rampage...and Rashad Evans...and Shogun...and Rich Franklin...we are speaking of Chuck Lidell here, aren't we?
Rampage is a bright guy!
I like it when MMA fighters cross over into mainstream media.
Yes they asked my question
I agree very much with josh barnett. I do not think they come to "bore the crowd" tho lol. I think they are athletes with a game plan to win the competition. a real fighter comes to finish the fight. I fight and I never worry about points or the plan, I try to finish whoever they put in front of me. I respect my opponents but I trained to fight and thats what I came to do. I think thats getting harder to find nowadays.
Wow really weird this was recommend the day he died and I never knew about Larry
Lol Rampage was the instigator in all of his and Rashads arguments on TUF 10. Rashad was a great coach.
straight up I would've fucken rampage and Larry King together
Rampage is a beast.
Rampage is the man!
Beast...
This is a real sport ethics
Rampage slamming Ricardo Arona is one of the best reasons to re-evaluate doing a triangle on a big monster.
Rampage Jackson était un grand combattant.
I like Rampage. Funny guy as well
I personally think rampage was on his decline when he signed with the UFC. In his prime he was a beast . He had some crazy fights when he was with pride . Same thing with Silva . That dude was a beast . Two great fighters .
Throw it baby
Imagine larry king fighting rampage
Q is like a dude you wish you were best friends with. Just all around great guy.
I wish we could of seen Fedor Vs rampage at a catch weight of 220 in both of there primes.
Rampage is a good dude
Man!! Rampage was good fighter. Seems like a guy doing some thinking the past few years.. Always liked the Guy, don't really hear any BS about him either. Bravo 👏
RIP Larry😢
imma say this if rampage started in the ufc he would have been even a bigger legend than he was in pride cause.. his style was great for the ufc.. pride had the better fights cause of the foot stomps and soccer kicks but his style was better in the ufc in his prime
I miss the days of Rampage, Liddell , both Silvas, and Hugh's.
Rampage left, because he just wasn't good enough to compete in the UFC. He was a great fighter, in his prime. Unfortunately, he is out of his prime now. He is fine where he is at, on the smaller promotions. He can still make money, and compete with the top athletes.

thats a Rampage i never saw before! lol
you have to admit in UFC the fights are … how do you say set up to favor certain results? Is fixed too strong of an acutation ?

I don't think so he would still be top 10,
This is kinda surreal.
Larry King never knows anything about the people he's interviewing, ffs. At least he got Quinton's name right.
I love rampage, but dude, you're a brawler, that's what you mean by fighter. Just cause you can't remain in the top 10 anymore, because actual MIXED MARTIAL ARTISTS kept beating you, doesn't mean they aren't fighters. and That's the same reason why he isn't in the UFC anymore, his name has dwindled down to mediocritiy, and he can barely compete at his old level withouth gassing in three minutes.
