Quilling Plumeria flowers

In my new Video tutorial Bridgit’s Quilling Plumeria flower’s
Link: • Quilling Plumeria flowers
I will show you step by step how to make these beautiful flowers in different sizes and colors.
I will also show a new glue-mixture which you can make very easy yourself. This glue-mixture
is just great for shaping 3D Quilling fine Art works like flowers and can be sometimes replaced with the UHU glue. The glue is first very wet while applying on the shapes, then it changes into a rubber consistent and later when it’s complete dry it gets very hard and give the paper again a nice natural look. This tip to make this glue-mixture I have got from my FB friend Carla. I am very grateful for this tip while it is a very good to use for 3D quilling. Thanks a lot dear Carla

New glue-mixture:
You need normal white glue, water and alcohol 70% vol.
The alcohol with such high percent you have to buy special. Here in Switzerland we only get it from the pharmacy without recipe and it’s called ethanol. I do not know in your country where you can get it, you will have to ask (family members, friends etc.)
Then you mix:
1/2 part of alcohol 70% vol. (minimum, can be also more)
1 part of water
2 parts of white glue
For example:
10ml of alcohol 70% vol. (minimum, can be also more)
20ml of water
40ml of white glue
If you have any questions, just write me a comment, thanks.

@@bridgitscreativity1889I purchased a hand-crank paper shredder that I have been making my strips with. I am interested in buying a pasta maker with the attachments and giving it a go. Thank you, very much for the suggestion. I guess you taught this man to fish...

I purchased a hand-crank paper shredder. It works great for making the regular strips. I purchased an all metal pasta maker that cuts what looks like 2mm strips. However, by the time you get about 1/3 to 1/2 down, the paper always bows and bends. I looked for 2mm paper strips on line. They are a bit hard to find. Trying to find packs that are all white and not mixed colors in 2mm is looking impossible. I think I will have to give up on your plumerias. I wanted to make them for my Tongan in-laws for Christmas. Thank you anyway...
