These videos are helping me more than you know ; I just lost my sons dad over the May long weekend and my nights have been filled with racing thoughts . I put on a video and it really helps centre me . My video suggestions would be how to get rid of intrusive thoughts , or maybe another video about grief but something like how to cope after loss or move forward after loss . Finding the beauty in life again after loss . Something along those lines :) Thanks again for this video 🤍

Got some new sleep headband earphones (I like to sleep on my side) and I am going to test them out with this video!! 😴

I guess it's a bit telling- I tend to spend a bit much time in my head, and my attempts to solve problems center there. It never really occurred to me to focus on the hip area for safety concerns, however this session made all the difference.

I'm curently at ''war'' with my upstairs neighbor.. I'm willing to let go and move on, stop the turmoil and noises we creates, but she ain't !!! she won't stop, even after a whole week where I've tried and do No sounds at all !!! idk I feel like she has created a bound to me, and that she is too sensible to my energy... I feel like she reacts to my emotions and intentions... I think she feels me pushing over the roof (her floor) every now and then and that she pushes that energy back to me... I just can't control that flow.. Every Reiki masters and medium out there told me I had a Large spirit.. and that I can't be contained.. what can I do ?? I can't just suppress myself completely T.T
