Quiet Time In My Garden 🌸 Silent Vlog
My sweet dog Dixie died in May. Throughout June, I needed to be with my sorrow so I spent many quiet, comforting moments in the yard she loved so much. I love being surrounded by calming nature sounds. It brings instant relief for stress and anxiety. For me, self-care and slow living include taking my camera out there and being present, bird watching and enjoying the flowers, trees and bees. It's a very grounding practice that helps me slow down and stay in the moment.

Where do you live? I live on the countryside in Denmark, 1 hour from Copenhagen. But you have some animals and insects I never have seen..the flowers are the same. Thanks for sharing..always lovely to see others who live out of the city and back to nature.. Lot of ❤️ 🌞🌸 Tina

I'm in Northern Ontario, in Canada. I live in a small city and it gets noisy at times but some days are filled with birdsong. I feel lucky to have a large yard filled with birds, bugs and a bunny 😊❤

@@debbieanneEVG i know..we moved out of the city about a year ago and that was the best decision. We have also a big road next to us but Sunday early in the morning there ate so quiet and only birds I hear. Thar is my favourite time. 🙂
