Quiet Hiring:
Businesses add new skills and fill gaps without hiring new full-time employees.
Current employees may be given new roles or short-term help such as contractors and freelancers.
Helps companies address immediate needs and prioritize business requirements.
Mixed reactions from employees; some see it as an opportunity to learn more about the company, while others feel overburdened with more responsibilities for the same pay.
Quiet Firing:
Refers to the management tactic of treating an employee poorly or disengaging them to the point where they quit on their own.
Examples include:
Offering little or no salary increase.
Micromanaging.
Showing lack of respect.
Excluding the employee from meetings.
Singling out the employee to answer tough questions in meetings.
Reducing hours or time off without explanation.
Increasing workload without increased pay.
Excluding the employee from social gatherings.
Keeping the employee out of the loop.
Providing low pay.
These tactics are often subtle and can lead to dissatisfaction and ultimately the departure of the employee without the need for direct termination.

    Can't we fight against quite firing in labour court or commission? The company should have policies and Employees have rights to ask loudly with management about the work load and discrimination in team. How the government is approving these type of policies for a company? Before joining any company we usually sign in several papers without reading. Is this legally accepted? Before signing, the Government stemp with attested by the labour commissioner or Government officer should be available on company terms and conditions paper. Then only we came to know that these terms and conditions are scrutinized by the government officials. So that we have right to file case against that officers and company in labour court as they are answerable if any point is violating the employees rights and wrong. Please make a video on this if possible. This is election time. If any MP candidate is coming to your home for asking your vote, then ask about these unethical culture in IT companies and what you will do in parliament. Now a days almost every house have one IT employee available. Our and family vote will go to the candidate who is fighting in parliament for IT employees. And need one new and safe act for IT employees.
