так вы же это специально и делаете,например погрузчики керамзита и др. сыпучих в-в,когда без весов,измерения в ковшах идут!Зимой намораживают в ковше воду и опачки,деньги из воздуха!Давайте кидайтесь в меня жованым калом)))))

I worked in a Placer mine. I cut a oil drum in thirds. Put 3 or 4 inches of fuel oil along with an absorbent pad for a wick. Suspend my excavator bucket to remove frozen muck. Worked great at -40°F

Wouldnt it just be easier to make sure the bucket was clean before you went home last work day ?

Ok, I have worked in the muskeg for 13 winters and of course this is a common problem. 4-6’ below “ depending on the frost and a few other factors “ is above freezing. Above the ground level is minus 25-45 c. The company I worked for had a labour crew come out with electric jackhammers in more isolated areas. Where multiple machines were working we use to call it the neighbourhood scratching post. Multiple pieces of I beam heavily constructed on a skid with a cable. Worked extremely well and easy to transport. At -40c there is a lot of strength lost in the steel and I’ll tell you iv seen some super hero’s “ iv done this a million times “ and break the boom or stick.

We bolt rubber strips inside our digging buckets, makes it easier to shake the sticky material out

I wouldn't do this mate! You'll ruin the cylinder seal if you fully open it and hit it to the ground.

You don’t slam it when in hard ground. Only when it’s soft. The trick is, you need to have the teeth and the pivot pin hit the ground at the same time for the best effect without ruining the machine. In short, jar the bucket, not the arm!

Too many seals too close to that fire at the end. I know guys around here just spray some diesel on the buckets in the morning. Takes a minute with a scraper to finish cleanup at the end of the day.

Weld a few chains in the bucket and you'll never have trouble with stuff sticking in it.

Also, I’d like to see you carry a truck load of wood out into the middle of nowhere, start a fire in freezing temperatures in the middle of an open field and keep it burning with wood. Working in Black soil, that's why it is happening but we don't clear it like this.for this first we raise and open our boom upwards, after that we open the lock of the bucket such that it is facing downwards after that we shake the bucket with the lever, because of this due to gravity the soil which is sticked to the bucket starts loosening and suddenly it falls down,we are using long chisel like iron steel rods for this purpose also and we hit the ground with the bucket also what you are doing but we hadn't burnt tyres because if the police cops will caught us, they charged lots of fine.

Nice technique after doing that dip it in water

Or you just clean it the day you are finished with it along with the tracks

You'd be better off using a pressure washer, or pouring hot water with rock salt dissolved in it so that it doesnt freeze right away.
