The mini hydroelectric project efficiently harnesses renewable energy from flowing water, providing clean electricity to local communities. Its small scale minimizes environmental impact while contributing to sustainable development and reducing reliance on fossil fuels.!?
Imagine how stoked this guy would be with a train car of Legos. Great job!

POV: your neighbor who spent most of a decade studying hydraulic engineering has no work available in his area and takes his professional frustrations out on the local irrigation canals.

If people constructed hundreds of probably thousands of such hydro power generators in their semi mountainous region, the shortage of electricity may be covered. 15-20 such self built, self maintained hydroelectric dams for 4-5 houses.
Please build a dam with the turbine down low to the bottom. I think we want to see how much of an impact the water pressure has on generation. Thanks!

You're absolutely correct... All hydroelectric dams have the turbines down at the bottom... I grew up just a few miles from the Niagara Power Projects, and have taken the tours of both power plants on the American and Canadian sides... They are AWESOME sites to see...

What does that even mean? First of all, the dudes name appears to be Tran Chien which is most definitely not Japanese. Secondly, why would only the Japanese be able to do this?

All that work for 60 watts. The amount of flow you have is amazing. Is you or Al of that into the container and then release it through a small opening directed towards a small jet turbine you'd be getting thousands of watts.
Could watch that all day. Kudos.

How much electricity does it generate? Aside from the electricity you use to power the lights on the dam, is there enough viable energy to say plug in a lamp or something to that effect?
