Yes, but be careful, WU can detect if you are sending money to yourself. Have your friend or family member send the money instead. Lol

Hope it works. The exchange rate is not bad and also no fees if using a bank account to alipay account. Otherwise, you may run into fees if using a card and sending to Chinese bank account.

Foreigners (non Chinese citizens) cannot accept overseas transfers from platforms like wise, union pay and so on via alipay directly. You would have to send the money to a Chinese citizen first, then they can send it to you once you have it. Exceptions include platforms like swapsy that work for foreigners but only if you have a US bank account and a Chinese bank account. When I reached where to add shipping address using your service to buy yuan, it says "sorry your country is not supported" why? The country I choose is Nigeria

No, the total fee is stated before checkout. All the stripe fees already included.

Can you make a video on paying suppliers with PayPal? I have had few suppliers (on 1688) that accepted PayPal from me. Great content as always 👍 🥰

Thanks for introducing the update with Western Union! So PayPal is tricky. Do you want a video on how to pay suppliers that already have the PayPal (most likely Chinese version) plug in on their website or to suppliers that just have a Chinese PayPal account and want to send them the money directly from your non Chinese PayPal account? Btw, fees are tremendous, so alot of suppliers in China won't consider PayPal, but if you could clarify which scenario, it will be easier for me to outline a video. Thanks!

Depends on what African country. Some African countries like Nigeria limit each person to spend no more than $20 USD a month, which limits transactions amounts. There really isnt a difference except for fees and the amounts that your bank allows you to purchase or send overseas.

I'm an online English teacher and I mainly work with Chinese. I've been relying on a friend who's based there to receive my money from the parents but I no longer want to deal with him. I'm asking about the best way to receive money from China when you're outside of china land of course, can Chinese use PayPal and what's convenient for them, please help.

It highly depends what country you are from, but in my opinion the best way is to open a stripe account and enable alipay to be used as a form of payment. Integrate it onto your website and now Chinese can pay on your website but your funds will be settled into your bank account outside of China. Yes, it is possible through request, but only the part not affected by the fees will be refunded.

USA ID card only necessary for platforms like swapsy. But using other people's ID is fraud and can put your account at risk.
