Amazing recipe made with just 1 potato leaves no one indifferent! These crispy pan pancakes are a perfect solution for lunch, dinner or snack! Only 2 ingredients are needed to prepare this potato delight! So quick, easy and tasty, you'll make it again many times!
Ingredients:
- 1 potato (450 g - 1 lb)
- 3 tablespoons of corn starch
- Salt and pepper
- Oil

Potato balls, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, are ideal for a snack or aperitif. Kids love them! With just 2 ingredients you will prepare a fantastic dish of potato croquettes that will win everyone over! You can omit the spices or use them as you like. Very easy and economical recipe and anyone can prepare it! Try these delicious crispy potato balls too and let me know in the comments what you think!

- Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Half a shallot

This will work a lot better if the potatoes are dried with a cloth, and all excess water squeezed out, before they are fried Ann’s sgsoed. They will never be crispy and tasty, no matter how much cornflour is used, unless they are dried first.

Potatoes are always tasty in all the ways of cooking !! But this recipe i mean the first one is delicious but takes time and it's not fast to prepare:) It's not practical to prepare for a working or busy woman😊 I put the 🥔 sliced in the airfryer with salt & spices or Herbs and all the family enjoy the taste & healthiness with little olive oil

How long do you keep the potatoes in the frying pan? What is the gadget you used to pat them down?
We use ordinary flour and oven cook our potato cakes. Less fat and delicious with a nob of butter.
Looks and sounds delicious, but strange that the name of GOD should be used in order to describe just how delicious food is. Rather honour Him and be blessed.

Can this be made with beaten egg instead of cornflour. I can’t have cereal flours.
