1 potato 🥔 ! No oven
They're so delicious that I make them for dinner every weekend.
Ingredients:
1 potato (200g)
1 onion
50g carrot
1 egg
2tbsp flour
30g parmesan cheese
10g parsley
Salt
Black pepper
Paprika
bread crumbs
Vegetable oil
1tsp salt
2tbsp sour cream and 1tbsp mayonnaise
8g dill and 2 cloves of garlic
