Except for green chilies/red chilli powder, looks like I've been doing it right. More so because it's something I enjoy eating 2/3 times a week as my protein, usually with one methi roti. Mera beta chhota tha tab mai bhurjee ghee mein banati thi. Jeera, just half green chilli, haldee and salt. I used add kaju and kishmish to give it a rich sweetish flavour.

There is nearly 7-8 grams whey protein in about 1 litre of the left out paneer water....so I don't think drinking just that will help you meet your protein needs😅😅
