I am South Indian and wanted to try Paneer bhurji recipe. I have already tried 3 recipes from 3 different south indian chefs. Later, this one was the easiest, yummiest recipe and did not end up like a dry clump. Saving it.

I've learnt that I should never watch this channel whilst fasting .. the recipes are just so mouth-watering n delicious looking

Sanjot I always used to make paneer bhurji and no one really relished it as it used to be dry. But this recipe was definitely a game changer I dint have to pester my son n husband to finish it...☺️it was gone in mins
