Thanks for lovely recipe mam. Just a small correction, we don’t use Besan as a thickener for sambar in south. The thickness comes from the toor dal itself.

Loved the besan tip and little gravy in paneer bhurji makes it awesome 👌. Being north indian my masala used to be same but didn't add besan nor added water. Today tried this way, loved the taste
