Hi Tish. Yum roasted red peppers. We roast a bushel of red peppers ourselves, usually in the fall, and we get about 8 or 9 containers, we use those rubbermaid containers we get at the DT and we freeze them to have during the year. They are a lot if wirk bur wirth it. We mix with olive oil, chopped garlic, salt & pepper, eat with Italian bread...OMG THE BEST!!!

I love love Christmas too, i have a Christmas house. Christmas in July at the thrift store I'm here for it. You being there when they first put things out is a win win. I saw a few things i wanted. Get them now because your favorite things will be gone. It sucks when you're excited about something you ordered and it comes broke.
