What is the hour maintenance recommendations on this design? I can see some critical components I would be concerned with. Cotter pins vise safety wired. I'm not being critical I am just uneducated in this particular craft. I'm a retired Crash Fire Rescue Officer, I've worked many many rotor wing aircraft crashes but never a Gyro vehicle.

i am wondering why cant they use a cars starter motor it has a gear and is specially made Bendix to release the motor from the gear when not in use and would be so easy to install the starter motor delivers 10 horse power which is enough to drive the rotor it would work well as a prerotator

Just use a drill and its gearbox. It would be lighter and you'll still get torque needed to spin it up.

How do I buy this rotor head?

Asslmkm...Zahid.. in my opinion the design suppose avoid too many items in part.. designer maybe make it as a simplest as possible in order simplifying mass manufacturing... that is my input.. but however good job Zahid.. may Allah bless you.. wasslm
