I love Natasa. I stumbled upon junk journaling because of her. She's very innovative! 😍👏 Also, I love how she uses scrapbook papers. Scrapbook papers are actually digital designs printed by companies for mass production using high-end commercial printers. On the other hand, we can also print scrapbook digital designs at home using office printers. 😉

In the 50’s my grandpa was a designer of gowns and dresses (his designs were seen on the Oscar red carpet). Having immigrated from Sicily, he learned the trade as a survival technique. He took off from there. Why is this relevant? Seeing the beautiful work at the hand of your father brought him back to me! Thank you Natasha! Your designs are nothing less than exquisite! Today they had the added bonus of bringing to me extraordinary memories! God Bless You!!

I must add a comment. Watching you flip through this gorgeous journal inspires me and gives me ideas for my own journals. Calling these junk journals does a disservice to your imagination, your design work, and meticulous attention to details. And mentioning your parents' contribution adds to the emotional impact of the journal. Thank you for these videos. I know it takes a lot of time, but we're all so glad to accept this gift. ❤

It's so wonderful when you can be surrounded by generations of creativity! So many things in our home reflect this - furniture made by my father, my FIL or my husband; quilts, toys and clothing made by my mother and my MIL, artwork by aunts, uncles, myself and my children ... The collaborative journals created by you and your parents just make me smile - because of their beauty, but also because of the heritage bound into them.

I also love using a timer and a boxful/handful of scraps and seeing what I can come up with intuitively as ephemera to be used elsewhere. I have a huge box of things I’ve made that need to be put into my journals eventually. I’ve even sold some things myself. It’s so cool to hear your parents help you. How wonderful! First off, the journal is beautiful !! What a great team you have. I don't know how many times I've started to do something and changed it because I saw something else that I felt would go better with what I started. I don't always change things up. I now write things down and will include a little drawing , so I know what I was thinking !! I was going to get rid of some twine and decided to try and use it as a tree on a card. I love how inspired I get when I see something that I can I create the way I want it to be. Keep a little note book handy everyone , ideas can spring up any time.

Beautiful journal! I love the combination of neutrals and strong blues. I too get inspiration from flip throughs. Inspiration is a funny thing - often it will come from some tiny detail like a piece of stamping or a tag-topper, or a colour combination, and whatever I produce will bear no resemblance to the original spark, but it wouldn't have happened without it. Treasure Books journals are particularly inspiring because there is an openness to them - themes are lightly touched on, embellishments are not over-elaborate and the whole thing looks rich but do-able. In short, there's room to dream.

Or to just store them for reuse later, because we want to Use their packaging somewhere else! Beautiful album!!

Your treasure book is beautiful! I like the uneven page idea. I am inspired by things I see on videos but sometimes I'm just inspired by color, wherever I see it. Paintings in children's books often inspire me. I also find unless I pause and contemplate the feeling and set aside time to act on it (practice even) I loose it to the every day madness. 😊

Do ramble, I enjoy hearing your thoughts and they do inspire me. SOUNDS - this is something I hadn't realized that I enjoy until watching your videos and you talked about it. It's a wonderful sensory connection. I've noticed that papers change how they sound after being dyed, and I like the change. I am much more interested in how things sound now, so thank you for that awareness.

Blue is my favorite color and all variations of. The cover is gorgeous! Your Dad and Mom are very talented….I guess that’s where you get all your creativity. Your journal is lovely and each page shows your inspiring imagination. TFS🦋🦋🦋

Natasa: the journal is well appointed. Just lovely. I have finally received your book. Actually, it is sitting on my lap, ready for me to continue reading it. You have done a superb job with it. And yes, what you call a spark is exactly what happens to a creative person. I can be working on a project and all of a sudden I see something which triggers something for the next project. I always laugh because I’m always backed up on projects. Creativity is my life. Carol from California

Love this journal! You were my first jj artist to view when I started my jj journey. I learned more new ideas from this flip through alone Natasha! Thank you for sharing it and also for featuring your parents' work. Lovely!

I love this journal, Natasa! Great idea to have the blue theme and lots of fabrics in addition to papers. I get my inspiration from watching tutorials, also when a fabric or paper in my stash pops out at me and I wonder what I'll create with That.

This journal is beautiful! I feel strangely connected to the way you say feel about things, like why you use the baking paper and reusing things that would be a waste but also feeling the spark and making a mental note. I love your channel! I'll definitely be adding my name to your journal list some time soon! Lots of love ❤✨

The journals you create are stunning! I get so much inspiration from watching your videos. I think I've watched all of your videos multiple times, and I've only been subscribed a few months. I adore your personality and creativity. ❤😊
