Doctors use an oscillating tool to cut casts I believe and dewalt has a cordless version if you think a horse would stand for it
Thoughts on using this for laminitis horse with rotated p3?
Has he tried Standardbreds? They could be the next challenge!
Would this work to hold in a high density foam and flat pad in?
What kind of saw was that you used to cut the cast to expose the heel bulbs?

Acrylic glue. There are many manufacturers.
