Is there a way to select similar lines/faces/bodies in F360?

Sadly no...... The best you can do is change your selection filter to "Body Edges" and then look from a side view and box select all the vertical edges. Remember top left to bottom right with the selection box will only get things completely in the box. Bottom right to top left selection will get anything the box crosses.

@@LearnEverythingAboutDesign thanks for the reply. I’ve often highlighted a bunch of edges and accidentally let go/misclicked and had to start again!
