Here is a quick recipe for how to make aesthetic Korean egg toasts! These were inspired by this sandwich shop I had in Korea called Eggdrop. These taste very similar to the exact thing and I highly recommend you guies try making it at home!
🌟Ingredients used (makes 2 sandwiches):
- A Loaf of Brioche cut into two-inch slices then cut 60% of the way through
- 6 Eggs
- 3Tbsp Heavy Cream
- Pinch of Salt
- 4 Bacon
- 2.5Tbsp Butter
- 2 Slices of Cheddar Cheese
- 1Tbsp of Sugar
- Sprinkle of Dried Parsley
- 1/8cup Condensed milk
- 1/4cup Japanese Mayo
