Quick Easy Delicious Ninja Foodi Creamy Chicken and Rice
Looking for a quick and easy dinner idea? Look no further than this Ninja Foodi Creamy Chicken and Rice recipe! This dish is perfect for busy evenings or whenever you don't have time to cook a complicated meal.
2 chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
2 cups rice rinced
2 1/4 cup chicken broth
1 small onion diced
2 cups Colby jack
2 tbs minced garlic
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
Salt and pepper to taste
Start Sear/ sauté until hot
Sauté chicken just until pink is gone
Add onion and garlic
Add rice and broth
Add cream of chicken and mushroom on top
Pressure cook for 3 minutes delayed release 15 minutes
Add cheese mix plate it up and cook it up

The pot is moving around and the sensor thinks the pot has been removed. I got an instant pot clip that you can clip on it that will hold the pot while you are stirring. Love the videos!

Ive done this recipe twice now and each time my ninja says it cant reach pressure. Ive checked everything with the ninja and ran just water in it and it functions fine but trying this recipe again and yet again the ninja claims its not reaching pressure. Can this be from the sauteed setting creating too much heat that when swiched to pressure cook its unable to build yhe heat to reach the pressure due to it already being hot maybe? I can't figure out what the issue is here vut I'm not able to complete this recipe.
Is there a link for the recipe? I am not able to find one 😢
