Ingredients for this delicious and easy cream filled crumble mini orange cakes
3 eggs
140 g of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
zest of 1 lemon
170 ml vegetable oil
170 ml of milk
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
200 g of flour
16 g of baking powder
orange juice
300 ml cold heavy cream ( or use 2 sachets of whipped cream powder instead with 200 ml of orange juice)
2 tablespoons of sugar
150 ml of orange juice
some orange zest

The glass measurement I use: the small one 170 ml, the big one 200 ml standard water glass.
