I may, hopefully. Meanwhile, consider watching my other shunt discussion video, where I also have more complex cases, including calculations in bidirectional shunting: kzread.info/dash/bejne/fIytl6ieYJuxiZM.html Also, consider watching the portion of this video that discusses the difference between SVC and IVC O2 and what is the best chamber to sample upstream of a shunt for Mixed venous O2: kzread.info/dash/bejne/iJah0aquc6S_obw.html

Timeline 14:30: The Formula to calculation PVR ist wrong, should be: PVR = (mPA-PCWP)/Qp.

True, correct, thank you. I explain PVR equation more in details under 3 other videos, including the detailed pulmonary hypertension video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/iJhrx8-Tk9nQYMo.html (minute 07:20), and the cardiac output videos such as kzread.info/dash/bejne/iJah0aquc6S_obw.html (minute 46:05). The point we're trying to make here is to use Qp in the PVR equation whenever there a shunt, (Qp derived from Fick equation), not Qs and certainly not thermodilution cardiac output. Nonetheless, the PVR equation was inadvertently inverted.
