I think this is the typical food of Himalayan region. The ingredients and process does not seem to be unhealthy. 😊
Are you Indian? Or Halp Indian or mix Indian Tibetan? Why you speak Indian Language? 😮 ? India is very kind to us for all tibetan. But, 1st respect to our language!
