Quick and Easy Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

This is a great way to use up leftover ham and so delicious and easy to prepare. I also included some bonus footage of some work I've been doing in our yard, so I hope you enjoy it. The ingredients for this recipe are listed below, so you can try it, if you'd like. This recipe serves about 2 to 4 people, depending on serving size but can easily be doubled for a 9 X 13 pan, if you need more. Quick and Easy Scalloped Potatoes with Ham
4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4" thickness
1 small onion peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 cup or one 5-ounce size can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

Thank you, Karen! We love living here. In the still of the early morning when it's really quiet outside, we can hear the surf. My students parents like to sit in those chairs on the porch while they're waiting for their child's lesson to be over. They say that it's really peaceful. I'm so happy that you stopped by!
