We need the grill master back!! I made my fajitas like in this video and they came out tender and juicy!! I cooked it for 20 minutes first, then put it in foil then back on the grill for 20 more minutes. We like our meat well done so it worked great and was still juicy. The grill master is the best!!

@@mr.t5589 about 20-25 minutes indirect heat but I'll check the center make sure it's cooked all the way and add uncle's kris seasoning makes taste great or your choice

I’m from west Texas in El Paso and we may have the Mexican blood running through our veins but our culture is a bit different, both beautiful and unique. Y’all have fajitas and we have carne asada. Down in the valley we use Marinated fajitas. With charcoal on grill. Not propane grills.

Shiitttt idk bout you but I ain't using no charcoal when I cook I use mesquite on everything its.the craftsmanship in bbqing not the easy way and personally I don't marinate because fajitas "inside skirt steak) are already thin and really tender so when you marinate it because a different texture that not everyone likes and this is called the texas crunch (wrap in foil to finish) but only use on brisket cuz fajitas should be cooked medium rare or medium and those fajitas weren't really anything special almost everyone's fajita look like that real south texas pit masters have country music or tejano going and crying because when that mesquite smoke hits you you're cooking your eyes also

Outside skirt steak is better than inside. Inside skirt steak is like shoe leather. Even if you cook it medium rare or cut it against the grain.

Great video. BUT you don't need to wrap you fajitas. Depending on what kinda charcoal or wood yall using you won't get the taste you're looking for. Without foil you get more of the added wood or charcoal. If you control your fire properly you can make the same texture and have the juices as well
