Do you always use the same curry paste? I love curry but can’t seem to find a really good sauce. Maybe the secret is in making the sauce and not buying store bottled. I prefer Indian curry.

Before you add the coconut cream, add the green curry paste and cook until it becomes fragrant. This will help the flavors of the curry paste round out and you won’t have to use the whole container at a time. Love the vibe of your recipe videos!

Maybe pre-record a rap intro that way you don't actually have to sing it each time. I can see how it can get annoying to you, but we like the rap!

M Tromp I couldn’t agree more. I love the rap and Eamon’s jokes throughout the Freestyle Friday videos... plus hearing Bec laughing in the background. It always brings a smile to my face! Plus the videos are super helpful for vegan recipes. I’ve been meaning to try that chickpea/avo mash sammy!

Been learning to cook Indian and Thai so this is a helpful and quick recipe to try. Will probably substitute a red chili paste as I was able to find a large tub of it as opposed to the tiny jars of green chili paste. Can't wait to explore more of your recipes. Thank you for the vegan stuff. Been veggie since 1968 and vegan since about 1980!
