I’m gonna extend that theory:after saving himself,he kinda got some injury so he calls agent stone using rings which stone will take care of robotnik which leads to some months passing to which,stone tells robotnik about project shadow to which robotnik (game accurate version) uses the rings and goes to shadow the hedgehog

And why would Mario be CGI instead of being portrayed by a live-actor like Jim Carrey's Eggman and the other humans in the movie? If Jim Carrey had to film his scenes as a character as cartoonish as Dr. Eggman, then clearly if Mario appeared in a Sonic movie (which is unlikely with Nintendo and Illumination's rights), then the actor cast to play Mario would have to film scenes on the set in full Mario costume. Only the alien animals, robots, ring portals, and effects that can't be done practically would be CGI. All the human characters would be done in live-action.

Going based off the thumbnail, if Sonic and Mario do ever crossover in the movie universe, then that would be awesome. It would show great sportsmanship and camaraderie between these iconic video game heroes who have been rivals for so long.

I agree with you when you said Amy would be a great addition to the movie if they add her in it.I think it's about time she made her debut in the movie universe and we see if she falls for Sonic or if he falls for her or they could fall for each other whichever comes first.I just want them to add her and for her to become a new member of the Wachowski family

I’m hoping for a sonic cd plot-line in the beginning as a short side mission introducing Amy and metal sonic, then we have shadow come in to play. As for rouge, I think she will be introduced in the knuckles show in April

My theory is that they’re saving Amy and metal sonic for the 4th movie perhaps it will be one of the strongest versions of metal sonic and sonic Co. will have to all work together perhaps like Mecha sonic it will use the chaos emeralds or super emerald

I'm totally hyped for Sonic 3, I can't wait to see that movie! It was revealed that Crush 40 gave Paramount the rights to that banger Live and learn song making it 100% legal for that song to be in the Sonic 3 movie, but at what time in that movie it will be playing at hasn't been confirmed. So will that studio truely be as faithful to the source material of Sonic Adventure 2 as possible and have it be playing during the final battle scene when it should be playing at, or not? I very much hope that it will be playing at that time, because not having that song play during the final battle scene would be a disappointingly wrong idea for sure.

Sonic 3 is gonna have a tough competition at the box office because of Mufasa: The Lion King and MCU's The Thunderbolts because both of them is coming out the same day as Sonic 3.

I don't think so. Disney will be using the same hyper-realistic CGI in Mufasa as they did in the Lion King remake which showed the characters completely emotionless/soulless and people got dissapointed and didn't like that at all. Most people currently don't want to watch Disney movies lately because of the poor quality story plots. Because of the woke stuff that gets put into them most parents don't want their kids to see new movies from that company, so I think that Sonic 3 will be the movie that will dominate the box office when competing with those 2 other movies.🦔💙 🦔🖤❤️👍🦁👑👉🗑

Shadow isn’t an evil version of sonic that would be metal sonic. Shadow is an antihero who has the same abilities as Sonic but is a complete different character

In the movie universe, what government organizations raided the ark? (Assuming that they go with a sonic adventure 2 in the third movie) It can’t be G.U.N because in the movie universe it was created after sonic first showed up. It might be the fbi or cia but for now I’m scratching my head. Ps. If black doom is behind it that would be so cool!

I hope to see the chaos emeralds again to power the doomday device and only sonic and shadow can go super and save the earth.
