Aside from the leftover lechon, we still have cheese, so we made this - Queso de Bola Spread, SARAPlicious!
This is very easy to prepare. You can spread it on your bread, pandesal, or crackers as desired. I did not measure the ingredients, relied on my palate, and adjusted accordingly.

*Procedure:
1. Combine all the ingredients - queso de bola, diced pimiento, pickle relish, sugar.
2. Mix well, taste, and adjust as to your preference.
3. Spread on your desired bread, pandesal, or crackers. Enjoy!
