Did freddie ever have any idea as a child at his boarding school in bombay when his original intentions were most likely was perhaps maybe becoming a graphics designer or classical pianist or maybe even a college professor might have crossed his mind too. Which he would have excelled at all of then. But what does become of Freddie? He became the greatest rock and roll vocalist who ever lived. Rock, power pop, heavy metal, opera, freddie defined the rock and singer. R.. I. P. Freddie.

This is by far the best version of this song that they did. John is smokin’ on that bass, and Freddie just rolls through it like a tank. Not known for the “dirty low-down blues”, they all step up in this version. Good job!

First time I heard this, I couldn't decide whether to pay attention to Freddie's vocals, Brian's guitar or John's bass. They each kick so much ass in this performance. And I must say that this is far superior to the album version, which has me laughing for all the wrong reasons. Too bad we can't SEE the performance though, imagine Freddie onstage while singing this. And if I listened to this without knowing who Queen was at all, I would've sworn it was a black guy singing this.

They loved Blues and R&R, this is a masterpiece of blues. I,m in the state of ny and the Blues Bands sing this song to this day. Freddie enchanted by old Motown like Aretha. Happy he was too, we would not have this, Sombody to love.

zeppelin to me was a rock band influenced heavily on blues early on as well as electric folk. sheer searing sonic rock, a tad of country blue grass, a tad of raggae (fool in the rain break) would of been interesting to see what the 80s panned out for the zep. now for QUEEN, they had every element of music ever created except rap but come on rap isnt music. QUEEN is the essential rock band of the 20th century can i get a witness
